A clinical approach to determine As-Is dominant and diffused organizational traits through interviews with a reasonable sample of influencers and consumers of behavior. Followed by workshops on visioning the To-Be state that aligns with the strategy. And finally, publish the Gap and hence a path from As-Is to To-Be Traits for the organization.
Identify a critical set of organizational processes that will carry the desired To-Be traits and transmit those consistently across. Plug in these 'rituals' into the organizational structure, systems and processes. Implement a change mangement mechanism to ensure that the ritual blueprint is operational and monitored, but only guided and not controlled.
Identify a small set of touchpoints with internal and external stakeholders through which the organization's trait experiences can be delivered. Those that are intended to remain etched in their memories. Identify rituals that can transmit these expereinces consistently. Harvest every exeperience that stakeholders are happy to talk and spread around.
